Return Process

  Evaluate Condition

  Ensure your boots or shoes have only been tried on indoors on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the leather outsoles.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided during the request process.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
