How do I determine my correct size in Grant Stone boots?
Most of our lasts, including the Leo last, run about a half-size larger than standard US athletic shoes. We recommend sizing down by 0.5 from your typical Brannock measurement for the best fit.
What is the typical shipping timeframe for domestic orders?
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic ground transit typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL Express. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local customs office.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine items within 15 days of delivery. The footwear must show no signs of wear on the leather outsoles or creasing on the uppers.
Can Grant Stone footwear be resoled?
Absolutely. Our footwear is constructed using a Goodyear welt, which allows a skilled cobbler to replace the outsole multiple times, significantly extending the life of your boots.
What types of leather do you use?
We source premium leathers from world-renowned tanneries including Horween in Chicago, C.F. Stead in England, and various specialized tanneries in France and Italy.
